We are a covenant community. That means when someone owns property in Tyrone, they are in covenant with the rest of us and agree to abide by the Association Bylaws, C,C&Rs, and Rules. This is a legal commitment we all sign when we purchase our property here. All property owners are members of the Tyrone Community Association.
The Board is elected from the membership to handle what would normally be a town government's responsibilities. The Association exists not only to provide for common area maintenance and community services, but to maintain a high standard of living within our community, to coordinate events, and to be a central hub for communications regarding all things Tyrone.

Community Yard Sale will be Saturday, May 4 - get on the list by sending us your address.
The Tyrone Library (located in the Community Center) will be open every Wednesday in May from 10am - Noon.
ANNUAL MEETING SET FOR JUNE 6.
Please consider volunteering for the TCA Board. There are currently two vacancies and an additional two positions reaching end of term. If you would like to run for a Board position, please submit your name and a brief bio to publish ahead of time, so members know who will be on the ballot.
